HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Because we ship directly from our partners, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Please don’t worry if your order doesn’t arrive immediately – it’s on its way!

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Send us an email within this time frame and let us know the reason for cancellation. All refunds are processed within 24–48 hours before appearing in your bank account.
